Ray’s Helova Deli is the best deli this side of the capital, a true gem. They serve huge, amazing breakfast burritos and the world’s greatest breakfast sandwiches. Their subs and wraps are some of the best, made with Boars Head meat, and they have big sandwiches at good prices. The homemade deli salads, chili, cheesecake, and cookies are all top notch and the best. They have smokin’ hot coffee and tons of goods in the store, with gluten free bread available. The service is exceptional. Be aware the neighborhood is dangerous, so watch out. Parking is easy.
Liked our breakfast sandwiches so much that we went back the next morning. Probably would have gone there every day, and for lunch, if we found it sooner. Well stocked store with plenty of grab and go beer/seltzer options as well.

We had their Michigan dogs while at the end of our Americade trip and asked ourselves why we didn't just eat here the whole time. Great selection of Sandwiches and a nice general store with things truly hard to find.

First time there! Staff was friendly! Wonderful deli with a store for anything that you may need. Food was A+ from sandwiches to the baked goods. We'll definitely be stopping back next time we're in town.
