There is a reason that no one really uses the post office anymore unless it is the only option. Not only have they left packages outside on the ground IN THE RAIN when our business is open….but they also tend to just send things back. Maybe they are lazy….maybe just a little slow…but our business is directly across the street from them and because of all the issues we have had with even a PO Box, we had to put a physical mailbox out back of our location. Now, they think it is perfectly acceptable to leave packages (that sometimes contain things that are damaged when wet) out in a back alley by a dumpster on the ground in the rain. Ever think that a stranger might just pick that package up and walk away with it?? I could also talk about my personal address in the village in which they do the same thing. So. Get. It. Together.

I never got my packages delivered because I guess I put a wrong address when literally on Google Maps is shown that my zip code is 12845. And in their system is non existing address? Like there is only one address in this village?. I get my other packages delivered from other delivery service by using that zip code and eveything arrives safely. USPS never tried to contact me about my mail, nor neither they respond when I call them. I hope they hire better workers!!

The Postmaster Caleb is the absolute worst. He is extremely rude and hung up on me! "I don't care," "I don't have time," "I would never send a package to your business or go to your business," "You're going on a long diatribe and I don't care and I don't have time." These are just a few of the statements he said repeatedly to me over and over. I was trying to get to the bottom of an issue with a package delivery and he said he was going to send the state troopers to investigate the theft. Meanwhile, he didn't even have all of the facts! The package was addressed to OUR BUSINESS, not to an individual. So what was the point of the call? "To let another fellow business know that the police would be involved and that your reputation is going to be bad because of the theft." What in the world?? Who gave this man his job?? What horrible things to say to someone. There were witnesses to his behavior. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Shame on you.

Very unenthusiastic and just bland I went in there to ship some items out because I had issues previously and the guy completely irritated was difficult to deal with and just left me with a sour taste in my mouth but was pretty quick and has potential to grow

Despite DeJoy trying to ruin faith in the USPS, it continues to be staffed by highly intelligent professionals providing excellent service to the public.

The only time they delivered the mail was after I had moved and stopped my mail.

This post office is absolute trash. These people are awful and don't know what they heck they are doing at any given time.I went in there to get mail from the government, my mother, and other places. Recently, my wallet was stolen and it's been an absolute bear getting everything back. Well, one of the things I "lost" was the PO Box key. Now, I have had it bad.I have been homeless for a while, and I literally have my PO Box 641 on my physical address on my STATE ID. The troll behind the counter was unable to process this information, and said she was "filling in", and couldn't get my mail. After cursing, not at her but out loud, I came back with a solution. She immediately said I cursed at her. I asked to speak to the supervisor of the store, and Caleb is his name, rudely told me to be more respectful of his employees, that he can't help me, whatever. After trying to talk to this dude, he refused to listen or help.Once again I left the store cursing. I said this store is worthless and useless. I left, came back with the STATE ID and specifically pointed out my address being the PO Box."Oh, well I can't help, policy, and if you come back again I will call the police.". Oh really now? Wow. They said I called this idiot troll behind the counter worthless, even thought I said THIS PLACE.Political correctness and all this bull is so unneeded. I am polite, but I just told you I was homeless, cannot afford the 15 dollar key, and am literally trying to get government documentation to FIX this. So thanks for the non-help, you worthless people. Yeah, you are worthless after you threatened the cops when I was NOT being violent.Ridiculous.Edit: I will be filing a complaint with the state over the HUMILIATION you caused for me today in from of my old boss. You people are less than human. A criminal complaint because the woman behind the counter felt threatened? You LIED about NOT having ANY mail for me, but pretend you did me a favor by not filing a criminal complaint? Nah, you're finished.Trash. Even Glens Falls Post office is better.

I always considered postal service very important to the community they serve. I just found out they will "not bend over my needs" to fix occasional mistakes that happen with my mail (I have Po Box and physical address mess ups sometimes). I guess I learn something new every day!
