ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I dealt with Alex from Lake Grove and he was incredible. So helpful and very sincerely involved with the customization and making sure you are happy with your choice. He helped me choose the right size crystal and made some adjustments to make sure it looked perfect. This was a birthday gift for my mom and he was determined to make sure it was great!! He made the 3D look amazing when I was nervous about the photo and was very passionate about what he was doing. Amazing service and so quick, only 3 days max!! Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!!

Horrible customer service . Real nice to you when they sell you product. Hiy told me it be ready in 3 days . I call there and all I get is a recording can't answer now leave a message. Been waiting over 2 weeks to find out if the 3 D picture in glass is ready. Dont do business here it's a hassle.

First, let me start by saying I am completely satisfied with this product. The 3D picture crystal is beautiful. I dealt with Alex at the Lake Grove location and he was amazing. Excellent service, quick turn around (less than 3 days) and I would highly recommend this location and product!
