I went to Aerie at Smith Haven Mall today, and the girl with blue polo shirt who supposed to be helping me, but she is not helpful at all, I asked when I was at the fitting room if she could get the other bra for me , and she said I could get it, and after that her and the other girl were talking behind me and laugh after, I don’t have this experience before, very poor service.

Hi I just shopped at Aerie Smith Haven Mall Lake Grove Long Island. I had such a great experience with first Ang who I called and asked for a few things such as if some items were in store and then Ang asked Stephanie to find a few extra items, which I couldn’t find anywhere and she did. I’m literally blown away from their kindness and help I will definitely come back to this particular store again. Thank You ❤️

If I could give more stars I would! Every time I walk in Off-line and Aerie in the Smithhaven Mall, I am greeted and assisted right away!!! They tell me what’s in style what’s new!!! What’s on sale!!! I’m a huge shopper of your brand and I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now! What is making me hop on and write it today? Is Afifah!!! Just ONE of your amazing employees! I of-course needed to run in and see what was new even though I was running low on time, she assisted me and started ringing me up- Set up my whole transaction while I ran around the store- so I could be in and out of there!! She did this on her own without being asked, she took the initiative!! I’ll say it again SHE took the initiative, Almost unheard of these days, right? I was able to spend $200 within eight minutes! Because of her $200 more dollars was put in your register! The level of staff in this location is a huge reflection of your management! People sell product. Thank you for always making my experience a memorable one :)

We had Gianna helping us today & she went above & beyond. She is a great employee & has amazing customer service. She noticed we couldn't find the pants we were looking for, checked the back & found it for us. She also took the time to help my daughter sign in to her account for the rewards. Very kind, pleasant employee you have working here. We will definitely be back to this location. 10/10

I like the store and the clothing but what the hell all these workers approach me every 2 seconds. I know that is their jobs but what the hell I mean come on what the hell I talked to you once I don't want to try on all these random clothes I don't want to buy it's so unpleasent would never return honestly. Shame.

A very great aerie store! I feel like these places are a hit or miss for me. I came the day after Black Friday (yes my own mistake) and they were amply staffed and ready to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The greeter at the door as well as two other employees were quick to point me in the right direction. I was looking for a new item that wasn’t on the floor yet, though in stock according to the website, and the girl helping me went into the back to get it for me rather than telling me it wasn’t there. There is always some kind of deal going on whether in store or on the website, so make sure you check before you shop!

Hate to be that person but I went here to make a return and they told me I had to go to American eagle. Even though the return receipt clearly says can return to any AE, Aerie or Tailgate. (Pictured below) When I pointed this out they insisted I had to go to American Eagle. I was tight on time and it sucks when the store can’t honor what their printed material says. Took an extra 15+ mins to do something that would have taken them 30 seconds. That’s how you lose loyal customers.

I been shopping here for years. I buy a lot online, but return some in the store. I was make exchanges and they seem to always have a problem with them. Took them 30 mins to do it, Waited patiently for them to get the prices right. They first wanted me to pay for an exchange which isn’t right. Then I said forget it just return one bra and they wanted to give me $16 for the bra I payed $27 for. I said forget it return it all and I got my FULL amount after that. Associate was nice and understandable. Manger with black hair didn’t even care.. If you buy here make sure it’s what you want or they’ll walk all over you if you return.
