Everyone at the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store are great, especially JoJo, Darius and Opal, they are the best! My husband had a major issue with his SIM card and phone number when we first switched to At&T from Verizon and they worked so hard and diligently to get it resolved for him, I mean for weeks this went on & they were persistent and really cared about helping him. They were great and we won’t go to any other AT&T store from then on for help or upgrades. We highly recommend them & the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store

Hi my name is Steven and I would love to recommend this particularstore to anyone who is either interested on moving their carrier over to ATT. Yesterday I went to the Lake Grove ATT store to start my account their. The two men that helped me deserve 50 stars, not 5. They were very helpful by going over their limits. tHEY EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL, ADVISED WHICH PLAN WOULD FIT MY NEEDS AND FURTHER. Mr. Mehhan initially opened the account for me and Joseph who has beed there for centeries also joined in and made me understand every little detail about my phone and the sevices I am getting. I will surely recommend them personally to my family and friends. Ask for Mehham and Joseph.

Dealt with Darius at AT&T Lake Grove. As soon as I walked into the store he greeted me and was able to assist me promptly and do exactly what we had to get done. As fast as possible. I would not bring my business to another AT&T store after dealing with him. Everything was clearly stated and billed unlike experiences I've had at other stores. After my new phone was setup he even put the screen protector on PERFECTLY. Thanks Darius , It was certainly a pleasure. - Ian.

I’ve had experience dealing with Matt and Darius alone. I bought an ATT wifi air at an agreed upon price of $35/month. I’ve had two billing cycles pass and they have charged me $60/month. I’ve went into the store about this matter 3/4 times, and have been told that they will adjust the billing. After getting off the phone to disconnect my wifi services, I’m now told that the store employees have no authority to edit the pricing of our monthly bills, and there is no way to recover my money back after cancelling my services. Be wary of promotional here, as these two are comfortable with lying to customers about promotional pricing. Additionally, the woman I spoke to on the phone was speaking as if this was common practice.

The customer service at this store is always on point. I’ve been coming here for years for help and upgrades and they have always been very welcoming and friendly. I had the manager Jojo help me with my daughter phones and he was very helpful. Looked at my account and advice me on some changes. Made me feel comfortable to ask questions and trust him on some changes on my account. I have also dealt with Matt and Darius and they have always been very helpful. I would definitely give this store a 5 star for customer service

Upgraded two iPhone 6s to two 15 pro maxs. Darius at the Lake Grove store helped us & he was fantastic. A great asset to AT&T this young man is!!!

If I could give this store and AT&T in general a -5 stars I would. I don’t even want to give 1 but I have no choice.
I have been waitting 6 months for a $78 refund, and you still bill me on a deceased persons account that has been closed since 10/23.
You call the store and no one calls you back, everytime you call the manager is with someone which I understand but they tell me she will call me right back…nothing.
I keep calling and now the store doesn’t even pick up. This is harassment!
This is the same store that the rep last summer opened an extra line without my permission and the Lake Grove Store and AT&T did nothing about it. In fact the reply I got from AT&T corporate was that they don’t need the customers permission to add an extra line…..if you are reading this and doing a double take, you did read correct. That is exactly what they told me.
Never ever in my life have I dealt with a company and store who makes my pressure and heart rate rise to new heights.
Thankfully I am no longer a customer of AT&T. I would suggest no one ever use the Lake Grove store again, until they clean house and get a brand new team in place.
This has been going on since OCTOBER 2023!! 7 months!

Hello and God bless you. We had an issue with my wife's phone that could but be resolved on the phone with the 2 techs I spoke to. The second tech suggested that we go to a store. We went to a corporate store. We always go to a corporate store. They're usually better trained and informed. We were not disappointed. In 20 minutes, the phone was fixed and we were leaving with it. Ariana was very knowledgeable and professional.

Darius was an amazing help. The store is clean organized with tons of stock of all different phones and a corporate store so you know it’s legit everything was easy quick dealt with well and handled in the best of ways. The result was I got a new phone and a good price and I appreciate all the thoroughness of the employees. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting a phone from AT&T as the primary go to their cell phone needs. I went once to this store and had the best experience I’ve ever had going to an AT&T store and I’ve been to so many AT&T stores over the years.
