I purchased a gift card. The computer was down so I never recieved it but was charged. These things happen but the next day when I talked to the manager she said she couldnt help me and gave me customer service number. Called them and they said had to go to store. Called back store and asked for district managers number. She wouldnt give it to me. Had to put a claim through my bank to get money back. Very fustrating.

Decent store, however the cashier was very snippy, short, aggressive and rude right from the moment we walked up to the register despite wearing a full decorative Christmas outfit seeming as if she'd be friendly. Helped me with what I asked for but very nasty attitude.

Great selection, was able to get a decent pair of dress shoes for a great price. Cashier was super helpful in providing a coupon that was available.

Huge selection of shoes for all ages and genders. Nice, clean store that usually has sales running as well. If you sign-up you can accrue points and use those for other coupons and cash rewards as well. Sometimes busy, but staff is helpful and line moves fast. Parking lot is a bit of a mess, but the store is still great and the parking is free.

The staff would not let my young son use the bathroom therefore I would not recommend taking children here to shop. They also don't have a foot measuring tool to use.

Good selection of shoes with reasonable prices. Was able to find shoes for my kid and me which both of us liked. Wish they had better promotions on the spot.

Slammin' prices for slammin' any kinda footwear. But. And it's a BIG BUT!!IF there's a line? You'll be thereforever.I got luck today and got 3;pr of great/ different kinds of shoes.Had it not been for the long lines (they really need more help) I would have given it 5 stars.
