Horrible service. Everyone is on their phone and the staff seems like they don’t care about anything. Owner or manager should really get new staff.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Take your business ANYWHERE else. JD is guilty of racial profiling,lying & disgusting attitudes. There is no written proof of policies so I guess it’s up to their discretion who gets to try on/buy shoes.Walk straight if you’re black don’t bother wasting your time here. Even corporate wasn’t able to provide proof of their policies,Cause they are made up!! As a truck driver with MANY Male friends no one I know will be shopping here. Footlocker is 100% the best place to shop! The employee there was kind & very helpful! Never had this experience there before. I wasn’t able to try on a $250+ pair of shoes in a shoe store! Haha just take your business elsewhere. JD is the worst store ever!! Never shop here!!

I know holidays are a struggle for employees but went there this past Friday and was almost scammed by a worker and was given the wrong shoes… came back to explain how the scam almost happened and was given a very rude attitude. Unfortunate because I only shop there for sneakers and I no longer feel comfortable giving my business there.

The manager Nicole is amazing! She communicates with you and makes sure all your need and wants are met. I had a little issue with an order shipped out and she made sure to get my refund. Thank you Nicole.

I went to this store to get a shoe for my son. He wanted the Jordan 3 that just came out. I asked for my son's size and the guy brought the shoes, but he took it directly to the register and told my son he can not try it on and he has to pay and take the shoes.I was not happy with the new policy.I don't care what the new policy is, but I am not buying anything without trying it on.I took my business somewhere else to Footlockers and we did a purchase of $300 there.REMEMBER: we pay your salary and you have to please the customer and you just loose one.

Terrible, I bought some shoes on December 31st for my son, which at the first use became ugly. I took them to the store to see if they could exchange them or return the money and they came out saying that they cannot accept them because they are damaged and that they had to put them back. for sale when it's really not my fault that they are damaged, the child only uses them once it seems strange to me that they act that way because I imagine that like every store has to respond for these types of things, I think the Nike brand responds Because of damaged shoes, they also saw me in a bad way since I entered. What's more, they didn't want to pay attention to me. Maybe because I'm Hispanic and I don't speak English well. The truth is, I don't recommend buying in this store because if you buy something and it breaks on the first use, you won't go. to want to do nothing and your money is lost because you paid for something that didn't work.!!!!

Please don’t go to this store I was here today and For the 11’s and the manager lie to meee saying he don’t know if I can get them while two guys walk in a white guy and a Chinese they both gave this manager money and there card and he sold them the shoe to them while other people is waiting it is not fair for us customer

Since the sneakers store i used to go to closed down, I tried this place out and they have waaay more sneaker choices than the other sneakers stores in the mall...my new spot for sneakers. Service is great there also!

I love this store, mainly for its name: one of my best friends is named JD Davids. Aside from that, I'm not really liking this store. The sales reps are cute, but when I was trying on a pair of shoes and ask if they came in wide, the kids said he didn't know what that was. He had never heard of a shoe coming in a wide size, and he was the one miss you section.
