I bought a pair of leggings but the cashier left the anti-theft sensor attached to the leggings. The next day I went to the store and showed the cashier the bill and the leggings and asked her to remove the sensor. Instead of apologizing, she started arguing. She offered me that I can return the leggings and get a refund, but then she also asked me to be in the big queue. I asked them to call their manager however, they refused to do so. The cashiers were very rude.I have been brought up thinking cashiers are the person who attracts customers by giving great customer service. However, I felt there were no mature and well-behavioured cashiers. They should at least have some sense to apologize, knowing that they were wrong and did a huge mistake resulting in big and bad consequences.I am never going there again!!!Poor Customer serviceNot experienced and Rude Cashiers

Came in to pick up my online order. Had to wait on a long line and this is not the first time. This isn’t the first time, Wednesday there was one cashier, and Thursday there is one cashier and another employee keeps walking away from the cash register. They need to work with a sense of urgency. They don’t care anoint their customers at all. First question they ask is would they like a bag. Not a way I’d like the be greeted. Families with young children and elderly people waiting on line for over 15 minutes. They always look like they don’t want to work. People need to be grateful for their jobs, if not give it to those who need one. A like like this doesn’t take too long. I would know I’ve worked retail as a teenager. Lack of work ethics. What a shame.

Today just went in to look at stuff and plus my cousins used to shop here all the time. Now I kind of see what all the hype was about. But the store just seems very unorganized. I honestly am not sure about it. But the presentation was ok so 5 stars.

Occasionally, I like to shop here. However, I have no idea what's been going on but I've noticed that for many years their structure has been all over the place. Just messy. It needs a little more feng shui.

I was shopping in Smith Haven November 19,2021. I had been to several stores throughout the mall & received little or no service. I stumbled into Forever 21 who was getting ready for closing - but that did not stop them from giving me the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I am used to getting shouted at, "We are closing Ma'am!!!" When I walk into a store close to closing time. Not here!!! I was greeted by friendly associates who helped me pick out a top for my daughter- which I had been shopping for all night for - Finally found it here!!! Kudos to the team & the manager on duty! Super nice, super helpful & the store was so organized & clean! I have to apologize that it took me so long to post! I thought I did the review a month ago but forgot to hit "post" You guys rock!

Love this place. My daughter is such a fan. Always clean and nothing thrown where you feel it's a job to shop. You are at your own free will to shop and don't feel pressured to buy.

Sales associate was extremely helpful, selection is bountiful. Music was a little loud for me but my teenage daughter was enjoying .
