My Son got a gift card for his bday and picked out a game. We took it to the register. Price sticker said $24.99, but rang up $39.99. Guy wouldnt adjust the price and said "someone didnt update the sticker, sorry." Best he could do was price match to the online price of $29.99...wow uh thanks? It was the display copy too so I get to see the price I didnt pay every time we want to play it. Cool.
I called the corporate office to talk to someone about my experience, but the rep was pretty much half asleep and was no help. Called again to get someone else and at least he took my information. He also said he would get back to me and never did. I doubt anything will even come from this either.

They need to stop nagging me about the pro membership. Some employees here get it, some don't. I know upper management forces them to do it, but it feels borderline invasive. I said no once already - if I wanted to be harassed about shit like this I'd go to a car dealership. Seriously - treat your paying customers like human beings who are capable of making proper decisions. We are the main reason why you are in business! Sure, digital games are expensive on the PS store but at least I don't have to feel coerced into paying more money for "pro benefits". This store was much better until 2019-ish when they merged with thinkgeek and moved to their space. Since then, they've had way less games and a more depressing atmosphere. For what it is though - it's fine.
