“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I dealt with Alex from Lake Grove and he was incredible. So helpful and very sincerely involved with the customization and making sure you are happy with your choice. He helped me choose the right size crystal and made some adjustments to make sure it looked perfect. This was a birthday gift for my mom and he was determined to make sure it was great!! He made the 3D look amazing when I was nervous about the photo and was very passionate about what he was doing. Amazing service and so quick, only 3 days max!! Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!!”

“Loved this store to begin with for their Jellycat plushies, unique gifts for friends and family, and super soft pajamas! But recently on one of my Jellycat hunts, I happened to have a loose ring slide off of my finger into the pile of plushies. I didn’t feel it come off and realized at the register when looking for my wallet that it was gone. I looked all over the store and even in the plushie pile and didn’t find it! I left my information with them in case I lost it there and checked everywhere else I’d been that day with no success and assumed I must have slid it off when wiping my hands with paper towels in the bathroom and tossed it in the garbage. I called here every week and everywhere else I visited that day for about 3 or 4 weeks. I continued shopping here and checking weekly. Finally, when checking out, I asked again and the manager said to describe the ring and she said “One moment..” and I held my breath. She dug in a locked box behind the register and there it was, they found it with the Jellycat plushies 😂 She said they’d been holding it for me a few days but had lost the post-it with my contact info and were hoping I’d come back! I was so relieved as it was a gift from my mom and was impressed by the honesty of the staff to give it back to me. Thank you again so much for keeping it safe and returning it! This will continue to be my favorite retail therapy spot after local doctor visits 🤣”
