Ordered a chainsaw man shirt online for pick up which was supposed to be ready in 3-4 hours. Never received an update after 6 hours so I called to check and the woman who answered the phone said “oh I have your order right here, I’m working on it now” so I asked if it would be ready by the end of the night and they said “it should be” so I headed to the mall to pick up the shirt and when I arrived the person at the counter told me the order was cancelled hours prior and I never received an email confirmation. On top of it they tried to sell me a different shirt in a different size for “30% off” when everything in the store was already “30% off” Had to physically call customer service to get a refund. Unprofessional customer service, I get it’s just hot topic and a bunch of kids work there but this situation was truly unacceptable. Wasted my time and my gas. Happy holidays goths!

Was harassed by one of the workers while I was walking out. My friend was trying to put her newly BOUGHT AND PAID shirt into my bag after we very clearly walked away from the resister and this employee rudely grabbed it while she was in the process of putting it into my bag, putting their hand into my tote. They very condescendingly acted like they were 100% certain we were stealing, pressing us to show a receipt when we did they said ok and didn’t even apologize for this blatantly harassment and profiling us. The rest of the workers were friendly to us as we paid for this shirt, this employee had no business no accuse me of committing a crime. I felt targeted and attacked without an apology. 1/5 stars. If I could put 0, like the number of items I stole I would but there’s 1 for the number of items I FULLY PAID for.

My niece and I went here on a nice little shopping spree for her birthday. Every single person helped us in the store and made her time here so enjoyable! Thank you so much Reggy/Josh, Tory, Angi, & Oshi for making our day! She was so happy to make new friends while shopping…we can’t wait to come back and shop some more! Hopefully you all will be there for some more laughs and to show us what new stuff you guys have :)

Josh was so incredibly sweet with helping me out with an exchange. Overall, just a genuinely fun and stress-free interaction. I will definitely be back to this location simply because of the amazing rapport that Josh took the time to build with me! Thank you, Josh! You are fantastic at your job :)

very unfriendly staff, very judgmental, makes you feel very uncomfortable following people around making it very obvious they are watching them for no reason, while i was in there three people were told their things would be held at the register, making it seem like they were trying to steal all within minutes of each-other. it felt like profiling and it makes me not want to shop there.

Went here earlier today and Joshua was so sweet! I was looking for a shirt with a specific size and he even went out of his way to check the shirt that was on display to check if it was my size. Informed me well about all the deals and we even made small talk! I felt very comfortable and he definitely deserves a raise for his customer service skills!

Went it the store the last 10 minutes and Joshua was so kind and even offered to stay extra and played music so I felt the shopping experience and definitely needs to give him a raise for outstanding customer service! Will def come back! Thank you Josh! Plus the drawings were awesome!

So long story short, terrible experience. First they told me I would get an offer and didn’t add it. So we had to go back to the store to get it. They then gave us the offer but charged us for something they took out of the bag- just a tiring and scamming experience.
