This location’s staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. When I entered the store today none of the employees acknowledged me or said welcome as I am struggling to get my baby’s stroller through the door. As I walked to the back of the store an employee full on looked at me, gave me a rude stare, and walked right passed me. Extremely rude and racist vibes.

I love shopping at the Loft. I have been a huge fan for years. My first pick for shopping, great styles and amazing quality clothes. Love this store and the staff is professional and friendly.

Loft at Smith Haven Mall is awful! I've tried it a few times and it looks cheap and awful! I always usually shop at Loft at Tanger in Riverhead, love that store! Better prices, everything I'm looking for. Smith Haven not so. They definitely lack what Tanger does not to mention ridiculous prices.
