My boyfriend and I went to Macy’s to pick out suits for his interview and neither of us had no idea about suit sizes but thanks to 2 amazing wonderful ladies who helped us out with the sizes!!!
If it weren’t for them we’d be stuck for an entire day

Extremely sneaky and deceptive sales tactics. At the register I was told I could get 30% off from simply giving the cashier my ID. Following that, I was asking a serious of questions on my personal information. At that point I was thinking hm, this seems like I’m signing up for a credit card. After asking the cashier, he continuously reassured me that I was simply getting pre approved, and not actually opening a credit card. As soon as everything went through, I immediately get a text from Experian saying my credit file has been checked. The cashier continues to insist that this won’t affect my credit. I know quite a bit about credit cards, so I was skeptical, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I check my Experian app to see that there has been a hard inquiry, which does in fact affect your credit, and sure enough I had also non-consensually opened a Macy’s Amex card. I immediately cancelled it, because I have 0 interest in having a useless Macy’s credit card, I just wanted the 30% off that I thought did not entail opening one. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit file until August 2027, and I was lied to multiple times throughout the conversation. All to save $9 on some $30 shoes! Thanks guy at the register!

Horrible staff. A girl with a service dog was asked to put her service dog on a leash when the law says a service animal dosent need to be on a leash if it intervene with there tasks. The lady was ignoring her and not listening at all. This is not only a problem for people who needs service animals but also shows how staff may treat you. ABSOLUTELY DONT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL

Went to return 2 items that came in 1 box because of their size. The female rep that took my box asked for the receipt, which clearly stated 2 items, yet this incompetent girl scanned the box and only entered 1 item. She proceeded to tell me how much my refund would be, which I asked her if she read the printout I gave her, which stated that it would be the full amount. Her attitude sucked, I almost lost my patience with her. The male rep had to come and assist her by showing her what to do. She didn't even apologize for her mistake and behavior. Macy's need to do better.

Staff are not aware of the federal law service dogs and they need to be informed about laws the service dogs and not to fight with the owners of the service dogs about their policy

These people need to be trained or at least don’t be completely illiterate. It is demanded by law to have a service dog unleashed if needed by the person. It’s literally a medical device. Hope these people get sued.

Don't know law, hate full at people who are shopping , and really hateful at people with service dog.
