Despite it being a busy day, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. “I shop at Macy’s in Smith Haven Mall pretty often, and overall it’s a solid place to find good quality clothes and accessories. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is usually helpful when I need something. My only complaint is that some items feel a bit on the expensive side, especially compared to other stores. Still, I usually end up finding what I need, and the quality makes it worth it most of the time.”

“Shopped in Primark Smithaven Mall for the first time today. Now, I’m no shopper but this was a great experience. The prices are great and there were plenty of fashion forward choices for men. I don’t understand the complaints about needing to have the original receipt for returns. As an older person I guess I’m used to that and don’t see what the big deal is. Need to see how the clothing holds up over time but with everything so expensive these days I was shocked as to how affordable things were there. The store was bright, neat and well stocked. Can’t wait to go back.”
“I just wish they wouldn’t keep asking “how you doing in there Emily” while in the fitting room lol. I also wanted to go in a fitting room w my partner to see how his jeans looked on him but they said it wasn’t allowed. Bay shore AE let’s us be more independent which I like more.”
