This place is a total scam. My girlfriend bought me a pair of shoes this past weekend and was told that she could exchange it for a size bigger if it doesn’t fit. So hence today I brought it back with her because we’ve been all working all weekend. When we got to the store, the same short curly haired lady that told me girlfriend she could change it for a bigger refused by saying it was worn. When I didn’t wore it at all because it couldn’t fit me. Then she had to nerve to offer to buy it back from me, which obviously would’ve been a fraction of the $560.00 my girlfriend spent. I honestly didn’t even care about a cash refund. Just a bigger shoe size. Don’t tell people, especially people that’s obviously buying shoes for someone else that they could change the size. Then turn around a stiffed them after they’ve made the purchase.. edit—This is the shoe that’s supposedly worn

Went there looking for a new pair of shoes to pair with a bunch of pants I just purchased as I was in the area and I was highly dissatisfied with my experience. First off the prices were absolutely outrageous, I kept checking prices online and comparing and was wondering how anyone would cop most of the shoes here. After being in there for a solid ten minutes looking around I wasn’t once greeted and received an overall cold demeanor while I was in there. I will definitely continue going to other sneaker/apparel shops such as Colakicks, backofthecloset, and hypeworld.

Staff was very friendly, prices were not bad compared to other stores in the mall and in the area. Overall great experience and would recommend shopping here!

The prices are CRAZY!!! They're charging more for kids Retro 1s then I paid for my size 14 1s. You can tell they're just throwing numbers at you to see what you'll pay. Just go online. I found the same shoes at Nike for exactly half what they told my wife.

Would like to first start off this review by saying how amazing the store looks visually. From the overall lighting of the store, to the LED backdrop on the walls, to the design to of the store, overall the store had an amazing atmosphere and very welcoming vibe. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by one of their staffed and asked if I needed any help finding anything, and on top of that they helped me pick out the pair that I bought, really amazing customer service from their end. I was helped by their manager Jen, definitely had a great shopping experience with her. Her knowledge of their inventory as well as shoes definitely made the shopping experience efficient when trying to find the shoe that I was looking for, and I do have to say with the amount of variety that this store has compared to other stores in the area/within the mall itself, its definitely hard to narrow down 1 shoe that you want. That was one thing that really impressed me, they had shoes from your plain dunks to a whole selection of retros to a wide variety of yeezys. Definitely one of the better variety of shoes/clothing that I have seen in a store in the area. On top of the great variety, I felt like the pricing of their items was very fair. Overall I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a great customer service experience, wide range of sneakers/clothing, and at a very fair price point. Definitely planning on coming back to shop again at this store!

One of the cleanest shoe stores that I have been to. I came in to sell some Oreo 4’s and they offered more value than other stores. Also purchased a pair of panda dunks and Jordan 1 Lost & Founds. Staff were really friendly and helped out a lot.

This is my go-to sneaker store. Nick is an amazing person to work with. Prices are right in line with Market. As a sneaker collector since I was young enough to buy my first bapes from kid Cudi I know shoes, and these guys know shoes.

The worst sneaker reselling store I've been to. They price their shoes around $200 above market value while other stores would price it around $100 more. They also lowball if you sell to them. Check out lisco, prime and the hype for much better prices and deals if you want to buy or sell. I don't even bother trying to sell anything here.
