The buying process was seamless, salesman was a good salesman. But it ends there. The customer service once you have the mattress is a complete disaster. Pray you have no issues with your bed because if you do, minimum of 2 weeks for a replacement. You’ll have no bed until they decide they can get someone to you.

I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.

We were promised delivery of our bed on June 8 th for our new home in Florida. We were just informed that the delivery will be delayed until July 18 when we will be back in NY. We now cannot move into our new house with no bed. It is costing us $2000 for a hotel room. This is the second time Sleep Number has done this to us. I am absolutely livid. We kept ask the salesman about delivery and he assured us our delivery would be June 8 th. No one has reached out to fix this. Never again!

I visited this place because I wanted a new mattress. The sales rep was helpful and informative about my different options with the mattresses they have. Not the biggest fan of the return policy, but I can deal with it. I felt like they weren't being flexible about the sale price. The sale ends on Apr 4, but I need 3 weeks to get the money for the mattress I want. I passed on this sale because I feel they weren't willing to work with my financial situation.

The sales person Al was very helpful and courteous, he wasn't pushy or overbearing he was informative and helped a lot in guiding us to the right purchase.

Bob at the Lake Grove store was an amazing person to work with. Notice I said PERSON, not SALES PERSON because he was never trying to sell me, just educate me on the products and what would work best for my needs. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns and was not pushy at all, even thou he was alone in the store. His character reminded me of Ben from the movie “The Intern”. Highly recommended. Thank you Bob!!

The store was very nice and clean. Russell did a great job explaining all the mattress options and we found one that was perfect for us. It was a great experience overall.

The worst. If there is a problem with the bed, we have no air, there is no support. They want you to trouble shoot your problem and repair it yourself or they give you a repair date way into the future. Where are my husband and I supposed to sleep in the meantime. I'd suggest buying a real bed that can't have these issues. What a mistake!! If you're thinking about it DON'T!!!
