This post office has a great staff and one of the nicest and most helpful postmasters that I have met in all my years -- keep up the good work!!! I recommend this place to all my friends and neighbors.

This post office is operated very efficiently, has a very helpful staff, and a great selection of products. I was looking for something to send my granddaughter's gift in and the Postmaster helped me pick out something which was cost effective and had a nice design on it too. He made sure I was taken care of and that my granddaughter would receive her gift on time. I call that great service! I will be going back there from now on to send out all my gifts or if I need something else.

I opened a po box here and now they're acting like I was never there so all of my mail has been returned to senders even though I paid for the entire year.

There seems to be some incompetence when it comes to delivering the mail for example if there are 2 or 3 streets with the same name and get labeled east west north or south it should not be a problem however that’s not the case I still have mail of mine going to another street with the same name as mine despite the other residents having a P.O. Box this is a nuisance especially if I’am owed money they need to get there act together

The woman at the front is one of the most inconsiderate and rude individuals I've ever encountered in my life. The post office does not care about their PAYING customers. They give you misinformation and then when you get screwed it's well I can't help you. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE. LITERALLY ANYWHERE else. If I could give negative stars I would. Place is a dump and so is their employees.

I went to Lake Grove Post Office to pick up a package.The postmaster told me I needed to wear a mask now on when in the building.I responded nicely ok.I did not argue with him.He went in the back to get the package and gave it to a clerk to weigh. He walked away with an attitude like I had the plague as the clerk also walked away.I wanted to thank them for letting me pick up my package without a mask for one time only.I believe I did nothing wrong at to deserve the cold attitude .Plus last week I went in before the post office was open to get my mail in my box.A lady with a mask walked in asking if she could get a couple stamps to mail out some letters which the postmaster gave some stamps Everyone was 6 feet apart.My Question is why did the Postmaster tell me then I needed to wear a mask to come into the building?I always make sure I am 6 feet away from other people.I believe I was was treated unfair.

It's pouring outside and my mail lady delivered two boxes. She left them on my front porch. You can imagine my displeasure when I saw the condition of the boxes. Doesn't the post office have precautionary measures in place for inclement weather package delivery? Online shopping may have its problems in the future due to the carelessness of the post office. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with my mail carrier! When a complaint is called in, nothing is done!
