“I've been using the Hurley Post Office since 2004. The staff is wonderful. Extremely friendly. They *remember* you. They cater to you, knowing the difficulties of not getting home mail delivery and try to make it as smooth as possible. Truly excellent service run by excellent people. The place is always very well stocked and we've had so few issues over the years, I'll just say "no complaints". :)”

“Unbelievable customer service. After dealing with a lifetime of rude New York City postal employees, the Olivebridge branch is a sigh of relief. Conscientious workers who take their jobs and our local neighbor's needs seriously. And they're out there, delivering mail and parcels In the severe ice and snow storms where other local services take a winter break, they're out there on the road. I cant say enough good things about this particular branch of the post office.”

“Amazing experience today! I wish I knew the persons name who I spoke to! I will find out! I got notification that they were unable to deliver a package due to no access to the front door. Driveway was clear so I didn’t t understand. I called and the gentleman who answered wasn’t sure what had happened, said he knew our property from delivering prior. I inquired about picking up the package and was told the driver with package would be back too late and they would not be open so I could not pick it up but that the person I was speaking with would drop it off if he was there when the driver returned! He did! He personally dropped off my package! It’s a Saturday so I would have had to wait until Monday afternoon and while it’s not emergent it’s something I’ve been anxiously awaiting and cannot tell you how much I appreciate what he did!!! THANK YOU!”

“I have worked with a number of shipping companies all over the world and I have to say that the service and just overall experience of working with "It's A Wrap" in Woodstock, New York was the BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with a shipping business. They shipped a fragile piece of art (a lithograph) from Woodstock to my home in Portland, Oregon. We communicated over the phone since I was 3,000 miles away and they worked with a gallery in Woodstock for me in ways that were very thoughtful and really went beyond the call of duty. The main point that I want to make, though, is about the high quality and speed of the shipping. They placed the lithograph in a wooden crate (which we hadn't talked about but which I greatly appreciated!) and packed it thoroughly. The art piece arrived at my house in absolutely the shortest amount of time that it could have in perfect condition. Oh--and the price was much lower than the quote I received from its competitor.
