Electric bill 800.00 a month. For a small two-bedroom apartment. When your electric usage is only $30 miscellaneous fees another $20 $30 and the rest is delivery fees. Explain that one this happened for years to my tenants. They should be taken over by the state of New York and no longer allowed to do business
