Unlike all those antique shops where 90% of the stuff in there is junk, this store is sophisticated and offers elevated pieces in excellent condition. Highly recommend!”

“This is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in in my life. I wish I had an entire floor of my house that I could decorate, because this is where I'd come...and I'm not the decorating type. THis place has such an amazing eclectic collection of artwork, old advertising, old sporting goods, display cases, books, old luggage, trophies, and so much more. I swear if my wife wasn't in charge of decorating our TV room, I would spend a LOT of money in Gargoyles. Check it out-the owner was super nice and she indicated she'd help find anything (within reason) you need...”

“Absolutely stunning store! Took three or four tries and a trip to their other clothing location where they texted the owner to go back, but we finally managed to make it when they were open and man was it worth the wait!!!! They have such GLORIOUS products, pricey but they feel amazing. Wish I could’ve bought the whole store. It was fun chatting with the owner about how she sources items and some of the history of the store. If I had a million dollars, I’d buy every pillow in the store. The candles and textiles were the highlight, but the little greenhouse popout on the side for kitchenware was beautiful too!”

“I first visited this ceramics studio during Kingston's Art Walk weekend. Their studio space is inviting and surprisingly clean for a work space! Their class set-up looks ideal for sharing the experience with classmates. Their products were beautiful. The current color trend of their ceramics -- soft, almost pastel, tones really made the craftsmanship stand out -- nothing to distract from the clean lines of beautifully executed pieces. I did make a small purchase -- sorry it couldn't have been more -- but what I did bring home has pride of place on my dining table.”
