“My partner lives in Saugerties, so I have lost track of the number of times we have driven by this place. We always thought it was just a giant garden center. When we stopped, we thought all of the vehicles in the parking lot were just getting snow shovels, and other hardware for the upcoming storm. Roy, were we surprised. The place is huge. They do have a good size garden center, but they also have a candy counter, meat, fish, produce, cheese, Hot food bars, a decent, bakery, as well as regular and specialty groceries. They also have a decent sized seating area where you can eat what you bought. It reminded us of a cross between Whole Foods, and Stew Leonards, only with a garden center attached. My partner got some herbs, seeds, and soil, and we also got some delicious chocolates, some fantastic, blueberry preserves, Some amazing apple cider, and some delicious apple cider donuts, as well as other groceries that we needed. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. Everybody in the store was also very friendly. When we got out to the car, we realized that the bag of soil had a small hole in it. I took it back inside, and grabbed a different bag. I took them both to the checkout, and started to pull out the receipt, and the lady just said, "oh, you're OK. I saw you in the other checkout line." This was a great store, and a great experience. We will be back. Thank you.”

“This place is amazing, from the German natural casing franks, to the raisin pumpernickel bread. Everything is fresh and delicious. The short ribs are so meaty, and the rib eye steaks have never let us down, there are so many wonderful foods here, that we have to make a monthly trip.”

“The meats and selection here is beautiful. Ribeyes have great marbling, we picked up short ribs and had them flanked Korean style. 2.5-3 lbs for $30 is a great buy and fed our party of 4 beautifully for kalbi night and lunch leftovers. What's also delightful is their seafood options. Fresh scallops and beautiful raw shrimp just ready for a steamer or grilled to perfection. The chicken section looks great and fresh too. Decently priced given the area and pretty stocked with a range of product and merchandise. Anytime I come to woodstock, I go here first to get the basics and they heavy organic products stocked along with some decent produce and eggs. The staff were friendly and my wait want long at all. Cashier was super king and had great music playing. Not often I get Cher or pop classics at the butcher and i think I need more of that on my life! lol”

“Overall good place to shop for organic products.Not stocked as well as I would like. Produce issometimes thin or soft. They are friendly to customers and will help you find what you need. Their house cooked chickens are tasty but often gone too soon. It is also pretty pricey. But it’s the better show in town!!! Great sushi every week fay!!!”
