“Just got 4 tires installed took a bit bs with customer service but the installation went great. Found out Mavis damaged my car installing winter tires never weighted or balanced them. Never did my alignment,now my car is safer+smoother. They did an excellent job installing them but customer service needs to be more upfront/honest with guest that part was beyond annoying”

The woman allowed me to walk into the back to see if I could match it up with what they had, I was able to compare it to the one I had and make a perfect match.
