“Really lovely gallery with a great selection of pieces, mostly paintings, from many local artists. Located right in the village of Lake Placid, so very convenient to take a little walk through as you're sampling the wares of other local shops. The price ranges vary widely across the pieces and I would estimate that most of the pieces run in the a few hundred to a few thousand dollar range - outside of our current budget unfortunately, but reasonable and expected given that they're original fine art pieces. If you are settled in a home and in a position to invest in a piece, this would be a great place to look for one - lovely variety, with many of the pieces obviously inspired from the surrounding natural beauty. My favorite pieces in the gallery were some lovely sculptures of otters hunting for trout - someday! As it is, I was able to purchase some lovely handmade copper earrings, which I'm very happy with. Would recommend a visit, whether to purchase a piece or just browse!”
