“Like so many other people's reviews, my wife and I were there on vacation and the brakes on her suburban started to grind so I was in desperate need to do the brakes... I showed up there. Told them my situation, one the owners Tim said there was no tools there to do the job that he could loan me so he brought in his personal tools the next morning and I was able to do the pads or rotors in the corner of the Napa parking lot. He was a huge help and we would not have gotten home safely without him!! I would give him 10 Stars if I could.”
