Excellent location and prices in the heart of the High Peaks region. We stayed in the Dixes private room and it was very clean, homey, and welcoming. Convenient easy drive to Lake Placid too!

Great location. Dave is an excellent host. The place is clean and comfortable, hot showers after a long hike.
