What an angry classless couple of seniors working this UPS Store. I hope the owner goes through the video on 10/10/2025 to see how his crack team of experts treat their clients. If I ever saw an employee of mine treat a customer like I was treated I would fire them on the spot.

Ever have one of those weeks where your custodial crew accidentally threw out all of your pre-made materials three days before hosting a group of 400?
Well, I did and this UPS store saved our butts. Would definitely recommend.
Be patient, there’s only one UPS around here so they’re always busy.

Sara and her team are always friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable, and try their best to serve as quickly as possible. However, if you have something a bit time consuming, they have the patience to carry through until the job is done!

The customer service was exceptional – – I did not have a second QR code for the second box from Amazon and the UPS Clerk gave me the phone number to call waited patiently scanned all the QR codes three times and helped me resolve the issue in the end. Fantastic Service!

I was in the military for 20 years and trained to wait. Well when I went to Lake Placid store I did not wait. They have an efficient process that got me out in 5 minutes and they gave me a homemade chocolate coconut cookie!!!

This team went above and beyond the call of duty when we left for a wedding and forgot a large box of locally made specialty chocolates that were expected to be part of the wedding party’s gifts. We called Sara and her amazing crew and asked her if she could possibly get them to the wedding venue in a rural area of Virginia in time for the wedding the following day. We had a friend pick them up and deliver them to UPS Store 3190 , who packed them beautifully to survive the expected temperatures in the 90’s they’d encounter along their journey.. and got them to the wedding the next day, in plenty of time, and in perfect condition. Not only did the local Virginia driver deliver them on time, he made the extra effort to bring them right to the house the mother of the bride was staying in at the wedding venue so she’d have them. Kudos all the way around. UPS Store 3190 Ricks!!!! Thank you from the Potter and Mitchell families for going the extra mile.

I always appreciate how friendly the staff is, and the efficiency of the operation is great. I've had multiple needs, sometimes warranting a return phone call, and I appreciate how quickly they get back to me. Easy to do business with.

We shipped some family china to Orlando from Lake Placid.
My wife's anxiety level was a bit high due to the sentimental nature of this set of china.
Everything arrived without a scratch, and the packing was incredible.
Each plate was wrapped in padded foam sheets followed by a thick layer of bubble wrap which was placed around each set of plates. Everything was then placed in a sturdy cardboard box that was then surrounded in a another thick layer of bubble wrap, and placed within - yet another - heavy-duty cardboard box.
These guys don't take chances.

Always friendly and professional. Very busy store and they always acknowledge people in line and reassure they know we are waiting.I have a small business so am in this store quite a bit and I appreciate that they do their best to be efficient and not make me wait unnecessarily.
