“I brought my Jeep in with a very severe death wobble and honestly expected to leave with a huge repair bill costing thousands. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My Jeep drives great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!”

“The most honest guy in the world! I saw him via recommendation for his honesty and integrity when my water pump went on my Explorer… I dropped it off to Charlie and he went above and beyond and did research to find out that I had an extended warranty that I didn’t even know about! He could’ve Taking that information and still replaced my water pump, but instead, he told me about it and told me to go to Ford because it was covered! He inflate in my tire and topped off my windshield wiper fluid without charging me a dime! This guy is truly a gem and worth his weight in gold…. “Finding this place was like finding a unicorn.
An honest and competent automobile technician is hard to find. What a breath of fresh air. The owner is there and is aware of everything going on in his shop. He wrenches on the cars himself also, working right along his employees who are lucky to be there learning from him how to be an honest and successful business owner. A class act all the way. Honest, forthright, and accommodating, he's my mechanic for life.
My former mechanic was in syosset, and I would drop my car off and take the train home to stonybrook. We worked together for 30+ years until he passed away. This young man is from the same mold, and he's much closer to my home. I'm am fortunate to have found him. He worked on my CRV and Jetta. Problems corrected. No pressure or even a subtle hint that I should do unnecessary work. Just an honest mechanic, worth his weight in gold.
Update: I've been to him at least another half a dozen times for work and inspections, and all the work is done perfectly and quickly. I just had him do a pre-sale inspection and fluid change. His administrator Cathy is also competent and nice to deal with. I just cant say enough great things about Ryan and his staff of technicians.
Update 2: Just had another visit for some A/C problems it was diagnosed and repaired in a day. It was not what I thought it was and Ryan and his techs found the actual problem and fixed it at a fair price. Thank you fellas.”
