“Great shop with incredibly helpful staff. They’ve fixed my bike multiple times and always get it running perfectly. Fast, reliable service and fair prices. Highly recommend!”
“Saw your case on Judge Millian. Classy move. And from what I can tell a great e-bike business. I’m not in the market for an e-bike, but if I am, you have my business.”
“Amazing mentor and hard working owner. I learned so much from him and started my own successful business many years later. I will always be thankful for that experience with working for him. Bobanater”
“I brought my bike in for a stuck bottom bracket. The owner informed me there would be a chance the threads would be messed up from trying to remove the bottom bracket. Two days later i get a call the bike is done and ready for pickup. Great shop Thank you for the great service and great prices.”

“Wonderful,He is very nice, I had to get my bike adjusted for a trainer and he helped me out within 10 minutes and tried not to charge me for it. Highly recommend going here”
“Been here several times every year for over a decade. The last owner was a pleasure to deal with and the new guy is even more so. Always accommodating, repairs are made on time and fairly priced! Many times for simple repairs he tells me no charge! So hard to run a business like this and make a profit. Thank you for staying in our town”
“I had a fantastic experience at Suffolk Pro Cycle in Ronkonkoma. If you are new to bicycling and want a shop where you will not feel intimidated, where it is a completely judgment free zone, and where someone truly takes the time to educate you, this is the place to go.
I am very new to bicycling, in my 30s with three young kids, and I walked into the shop with two of them and my old bike to see if it was worth repairing. The owner, Greg, was incredibly kind and honest. He reviewed the issues with my bike and explained that repairs would cost about $200, which is roughly the same as buying a new bike from Walmart, Target, or Dick’s, which is likely where my old bike originally came from.
As we talked, we decided the smarter choice would be to invest in a better quality bike that would last longer and provide a better ride. What stood out most was that he never tried to sell me anything. He simply educated me and helped me understand my options, generously spending a great deal of time answering my questions.
Because of his sincerity, I felt comfortable purchasing a bike from the shop on the spot instead of shopping around to save a few dollars. He showed me an affordable, high quality bike, and a quick Google search confirmed it would have cost about $100 more elsewhere. The shop also offers lifetime free tune ups.
After the purchase, Greg went above and beyond. At no extra charge, he moved the trailer hitch and children’s bike seat mount from my old bike to the new one, adjusted the seat and handlebars for the proper fit, tuned the bike, and gave me a helpful tutorial. He also shared beginner friendly, judgment free, family oriented bike groups so I could find local trails and rides.
Greg was truly incredible. He spent so much time helping and educating me, and I watched him treat every other customer with the same patience and kindness.
I am so happy to have found this bike shop.”
