Samantha is a phenomenal lady. She was able to get me a good deal with my storage space that fit my needs. She is polite, friendly and had quality customer service skills. Samantha made the process of moving my goods into storage relatively smooth and easy.

How I got here: I was forced to put mine and my children's belongings in storage while I search for a new home. The search has been hard and long, and not where I ever imagined myself. With that being said, I do like the convenience of Public Storage. I rent a large garage space and utilize the PS app to open and close the gate and also pay my rent. The facility feels safe and clean.
However, I was disappointed when I received a notification of a sudden $70 price increase. Fortunately, when I called the office, Brayan was very courteous and gracious, working with me to resolve the issue in a way that worked for me.
