Anyone ever going to fill up the sanitizer station in the ATM room??
I stop here multiple times per week, at night to make deposits and I can't think of the last time it was refilled. Not that COVID is a thing anymore, but it would still be nice to have some way of cleaning your hand when you're forced to touch the unlock button to get out of the room. Takes 5 seconds, not sure why it hasn't been done for months.

Awful Customer service, my wife run in to withdraw money since is our daughter’s 16th birthday. She’s making a money cake the ATM didn’t give her change so she walk into the bank, the teller refused to give her change. On a busy day she had to run all the way home to bring ID just to get $90 in charge to build a money cake.

Bohemia Branch staff is not good all staff is rude and not good answer I am student so staff tell me I do not open your bank account because you have not driving license not USA document but I need open new account for my driving license that my USA document.

Horrible.I worked on their air conditioning in 90 degree heat the roof felt like 130 degrees.I got their air conditioning fixed and working then a week later the old unit broke again and the customer service people tell the other mechanics that went that I was there previously and went up on their roof and did nothing.Such liars I wouldn’t trust them with my money.

Terrible customer service. Their property is a mess and has left the neighborhood looking disheveled. We've begged them to mow their side lawns and they refuse; they're not stuck looking at their mess all day. They say online they're open until 5 but do not answer phone calls after 3. Tired of having to beg this place to be decent neighbors to the rest of us.

They allowed me in 5 minutes to closing but filling out my slip there were so pens. I had to go over to a desk to grab one and ask permission to take it. Waiting in line I was not addressed. I waited 10 minutes in line. One of the representatives told us all no one had been there but all of a sudden there was a line. He did not help with the line. There was a woman talking on her cell phone loudly and no one asked her to take the call outside. My representative at the desk asked me to put my debit card in for a deposit which I've never done so I asked her why and she had a rude tone saying "standard procedure". I won't be coming back to this TD Bank. There are other locations I'd rather visit.

This is the worse bank i ever been to. The people have no idea whats going on. I will report the manger and the team to headquarters. Manager ED should be working else where. No help whatsoever. Sit all day on his computer.

I never though I would rate a bank, I have been to so many locations , this has to be the WORST RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced . Woman on the drive-through had me sit there for 10 minutes without greeting me , then proceeded to take a car that came five minutes after me first. When I asked her about this she was completely rude never apologized. Manager has no idea what they’re doing or how to deal with customer service snippy and snarky remarks , do yourself a favor and go to a different bank , beyond terrible! No wonder every single review on here is two stars.

WOW!! No wonder they get 2.5 stars and that is super generous. Run away from this branch. They have no clue what they are doing. Went to open a business account and ended up walking out. Will go to a better branch like Syosset.

Truly horrific from the people to the place. The people working at this location on 8/30/22 at around 4pm we’re rude , unprofessional and racially profiled me note believing I had the money I have. I will be filing a report to corporate.

I have been a TD customer for several years now. When this branch first opened and TD was of the newer banks around, they seemed to have a competitive edge over others in the area. Longer hours make it more convenient for people to access banking options at off hours. The staff service has steadily declined over the years. I personally have waited 15-20 minutes to speak with someone in the office area and I was the only customer in the bank. TD started added ridiculous fees for everything that I have never seen before. I do not need to put my money in a bank that is going to charge me a fee to keep my money there. Lastly, there is no drive-up ATM access. If you need access to an ATM, it's old school get out of your car, go in to this little confined area with other strangers waiting right behind you while you just removed large sums of cash from the machine. Not uncomfortable at all. SMH.
