“I am so impressed with Ray Sr. And his customer service!! Not only that he got my jeep in right away to fix a window that was broken, but he brought me home...5 miles. And then brought my jeep back to m yhouse when I t was repaired!! Such service!@ He even called around to find the best prices for the parts needed and the bill was 30.00 cheaper than he quoted me!! I flew from Atlanta to Erie to pick up my car and Errik arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely ti Atlanta! It was well worth the trip up to Lakewood and I would be open to buying another car from Luv Toyota and working with Errik Gordon.”

“Took my truck there for transmission issues. They told me over the phone it could be the clutchs in the transmission. So i toook to them they test drove it and i called them. They tell me it is hard shifting and they did a fuild change on it. Told me to drive it 1,000 miles if it the problem is still there they would have to tear the transmission down. Hard shifting in a transmission with 46,000 miles on it is normal? They never found the problem and the truck still does the hard shifting and grinds sometimes.”
