“I pulled my accounts out of Keybank and M&T. To the reviewer who says they have messed up rules, I wonder if you've been to many of our area banks. This bank is the ONLY bank that a business can view their deposit slips. They have been excellent to deal with. I love the personal service. I was happily with HSBC and when Key took them over I couldn't even deposit $1000 without id after 15 years with 3 commercial and 1 personal account...they also put deposits in the wrong accounts more than once. They to this day haven't asked why I closed 5 accounts. That would NOT happen with Community...they are real people. I've had no mistakes, excellent service and the friendly, personal touch. Kudos Community!!! They may be the key...but your the heart!”

“Nice bank and service but extremely inconvenient when the online hours are wrong. Such as it states they're open until 5:00pm Wednesday in reality I arrive at 4:00pm and they're closed. Always great service here though.”
