Centra Credit Union began when eight employees of the Cummins Engine Company came together to find a convenient place to save their hard-earned money while having access to low-cost credit. This foundational principle of "People Helping People" led to the growth of Centra Credit Union and is still at the center of who we are. As a not-for-profit financial institution, our profits go back to you in the form of cash rewards, better rates, and lower fees. Best credit union in the area, and the customer service outside of the credit union with the corporate number has been phenomenal. I deal with multiple banks and always make sure to give Centra a call first.
