It's petsmart. It's always much more expensive, but when I need something NOW, it's there.This is a small petsmart. Their selections can be limited.

First off the store was very clean the cashier was very nice I asked the cashier cuz I had many bags if he wanted me to leave my bags up front with him and he said no that was fine to put them in the cart and I could take them with me which was nice but the manager judges you too much and would not let me purchase two fish a finch bird and a parakeet he wanted me to go home and take pictures of what I was going to put them in and bring them back to satisfy him and I am a customer and I don't feel I need to do that I have been taking an animals for over 30 some years and I don't have a need to show him that I can take care of animals very sad I walked out of there in tears because his manager was so mean and nasty towards me I would never go back there

I have a dog with severe anxiety (separation and general) But Roslyn in the Grooming dept is absolutely wonderful with her and does a fantastic job!

The cashier checked PetSmart's cash register for my phone number. She was unable to find my number and proceeded to complete my transaction. A part of my transaction included a buy three get one free item. I inquired if the free $12 item was applied to my final cost. It was not. It was at this point that the cashier advised my number needed to be in the system to receive the discount. I readily provided the necessary information for the discount, and the entire transaction had to be completed over for it to apply. The cashiers should be requesting to add the phone number prior to completing the transactions to avoid the inconvenience this caused and the impression PetSmart was placing the value of the sale over the customer(s) satisfaction.

Very nice and clean but very very pricey. It's just too expensive to make it a regular stop. I am going to try their grooming.

I go here to pick up Betta fish and ghost shrimp. This time the cups that the betta were in was cloudy and dingy. A few looked border line dead. Was not impressed
