Customer service is HORRIBLE . They never call you back when they say they will . Not letting you know that a tow in is going to be put on back burner . getting it in when they can . Telling you they can get it in 1 to 2 days . Turning into 3 days. Was told that they have tow in's that were there for 3 weeks . Then finding out what we said was wrong was the problem . Turning 1 to 2 days into 2 weeks to get done. Giving you a quote and telling you that the labor was included . Then saying that they can not change the quote after that . BUT DID CHANGE IT . Saying they would call when it was finished . BUT NEEVER DID . Getting car back and finding out the oil shield was missing . When it was on when we took it in . Them telling us that it wasn't on when we took it in . Then saying that it must have fallen off while we were driving it . NOPE IT JUST WASN'T PUT BACK ON . I talked to someone and he said he would find out what happened to it . Well it was there . They found it . Not happy with how I was treated by them . NEVER WILL WE EVER TAKE IT BACK THERE.

For some reason they refuse to call the customer when the work is complete or the needed parts arrive. Lack of communication here is mind blowing.

They failed my truck citing the wrong brake pads were on it..... The pads are 7 days old and we're put on by a different garage. How do wrong brake pads even fit.... This place is a joke.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had a scheduled appointment for 10am, waited over 2 hours for an inspection. They failed my truck, saying the brake pads "are wrong". the pads and rotors had been replaced 7 days previous by a different garage. What a JOKE. It passed inspection 3 hours later at a different garage. Scum just trying to scam people

Not happy couldn't preform services we needed specifically 4 wheel alignment after tie rod end replacement if would have known before hand would not have taken car there but were charged for alignment anyways and told had to take car to a different shop for more work feel were way overcharged

Do not get your car inspected here. They will try and upsell you on repairs that you do not need.

To be brief I brought car in for state inspection was told it needed front tie rod, upwards of $300.00. I authorized work they ordered the part and I dropped the car off at 5 days later at 10:15. I was told could take 2 hours. Three hours later I return to pick up the car only to find that another mechanic found 7 things now wrong with the car which would be $1,150.00 for parts alone. The service person was very nice but she could not explain what happened and she did say that they had a new employee training and he should have called to let me know but he must have forgotten. I was not charged for the new inspection however I think that there should be some explanation as to how the car now needs $2,000.00 worth of repairs (inc labor+/-) as opposed to the previous $300.00 quote. I obviously will be bringing the car to a non Schultz shop to have it looked at. Very dissatisfied that my time was wasted and for the inability to explain the difference between the 2 mechanics inspection. Though the service writer was very nice and polite I will not be returning nor recommending this shop to anyone.

I used to have a 5 start review and now it is down to 1 because I installed new upper a arms and all that needed to be adjusted was the camber. They put my truck so far out of alignment I couldn't hardly keep it straight. Then they wouldn't even take another look at it. I demanded a refund and now I'm stuck with a truck that was worse than before the alignment.
