“Great little gift shop for kids! There is no AC so expect to be warm if in the summer.
There are no decent local magents, so if you are on vacation and are searching for one this isn't the place. We found some at Dots Giftshop and the comedy gift shop downtown Jamestown.”

“I want to recognize Bobby at Ollie's for outstanding customer service. While other, not so friendly employees wouldn't acknowledge me. Bobby stopped what he was doing- stocking shelves-and went out of his way to help me without hesitation. It required him to get a ladder and open a box. He found me in the store and gave me what l needed. That kind of care feels rare these days,and it truly meant alot. What touched me even more was when he stopped me just to say thank you for my kindness and told me we need more people like me in this world. The feeling is mutual for me,as well. Ollie's needs to clone Bobby for customer service. That young man represents Ollie's well and that's what customer service should look like. Thank you young man it was an honor crossing paths with you.”
