It took me a long time to get back into working out because I was just not motivated enough/couldn’t find the right trainer for myself. Anne was recommended to me and I’ve been going to her for a couple of months now and I can say that she’s honestly the best. She’s definitely someone that loves what she does and loves making individuals feel better about themselves. She customizes my workouts to what I’m able to do. She motivates me when I’m there and keeps me accountable to be there. I’ve felt great and have seen much improvement in myself since I’ve been going to her! 10/10 recommend Anne to anyone needing a personal trainer!

I recommend do it right fitness for anyone who’s looking to start or continue an exercise routine. The owner Anne, bends over backwards to customize workouts to your ability level even in class settings. Whether you are just starting out or have been working out for years, the environment at do it right fitness is positive and motivational. Group classes are at great times and always changing in routine so you’re never bored. Anne has everything planned out which takes the guess work out of exercise and makes it accessible to everyone!

Have been going here for 3 years now and thoroughly enjoy going here. Great workouts, Anne is an awesome person. She will work with you if u need modifications, truly has her whole heart into working with each and every person.

I have been with Anne for a year now. The small group workouts are great and we get a lot out of our 45 minutes. She makes adjustments for me to the workout when needed. Love how each workout is different and each one provides strength and cardio. Would highly recommend Anne!!

Been with Do it right for 4 years and would never go back to a reg gym ... everyday is something new and challenging ... 45 min goes by and feels like it’s 5min... Anne tailors all work outs to each individual and is dedicated to everyone as if they were her only client! She truly cares and is truly the best on the industry

I have been going to Do It Right Sport and Fitness Solutions for many years. When I first started I googled personal trainers in Lancaster and Anne was the only one who called me back. Since then I could not imagine seeing anyone, but Anne Spragins- owner of Do It Right Sport and Fitness. Anne goes out of her way to make all feel welcome! She is very good at personalizing your workout- everyday if needed. I have never had a trainer work harder to accommodate all her clients on a regular basis. If you are looking for a smaller gym with personal training and a great group of people to workout with I suggest Do It Right Sport and Fitness. This gym has become a part of my daily life and I am so glad Anne was the one who answered my request for a personal trainer! I appreciate you always going above and beyond. Thank you Anne for all you do!

Well after over 2 years of working with Anne, now seems to be the time to give her a review. I started after being at my heaviest/unhealthiest and as fate would have it I responded to a facebook advertisement for a fitness challenge. What I thought was going to be a couple months with some guidence to get me on track turned into a routine and relationship I cannot live without. I'm the type that always had a gym membership and would go for 5-10 days and then take a month off. No guidance on diet or workout routine and nobody to hold me accountable which I need. Anne regularly texts me to make sure I'm coming in and genuinely cares for the people she trains. She listens to all that is going on in our lives and probably should charge for therapy in addition to the fitness training. She's helped me battle through ups and downs, catered the workout when I was nursing minor injuries and always encouraged my success even on the days I knew my best effort wasn't there. She always finds new ways to punish...(lol) I mean push me so that I am constantly challenged and my workouts don't get complacent. I can't imagine the shape I'd be in if it wasn't for her. The atomosphere is zero judgement and 100% encouragement with a fair amount of sarcasm between the regulars. I'd recommend Anne a million times to anyone starting, continuing or changing in their fitness journey. I'm forever grateful for her professional efforts and more thankful for her friendship. 1 million star rating!

I started with Anne in October, I told her I wanted to lose 10lbs and do some toning and strength training. At 8 weeks I lost the weight and some inches. I was amazed at how different my body looked in just 8 weeks. I have since then lost another 4lbs and more inches. I continue to go to Anne because it makes me accountable and keeps me focused. I also feel so much better, I feel positive and my moods have been much better also. She has taught me to eat way better then I use to, I am also eating more than I use to. I am so much stronger than I was. I highly recommended this place and Anne's expertise.

I finished up the six week Over 50 Masters Fitness Challenge and have found it to be one of the most enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable) fitness programs that I have experienced. After losing about 40 lbs on a diet program, I need some place other than the stereotypical gym to get me back in shape and regain the muscle tone I lost during the diet. Anne is that person that will challenge you and make you better. Great motivation, workouts and a great group of people who also see the benefits to a program such as this. If you need to get back into shape or just want to try something different, contact Anne and get going!

I just finished a 6 week Master Challenge with Anne. I cannot even find words to describe how wonderful of an experience this was! Anne is a great trainer, she is aware of her clients limitations and is always ready with an alternative exercise if needed, but still ensures her client is getting the best workout!
