My car has been there for 2 1/2 hours and they put the wrong tires on. They then told us we had to either reschedule or find someplace else. They brought my car out of the garage and then took it back in without saying why. Ended having to leave without tires cause they didn't have the tires in stock even though we scheduled in advance, told them what vehicle I had, and was confirmed they had the tires I needed in stock.

Horrible service now having to wait again week longer becuase they wouldn't or couldnt message about either lieing about having the tires or over booking. But its convenient you found her work order and made no attempts to contact anyone. Im so glad you can sit behind the desk and say we understand well you dont how about you correct the situation instead of lieing

Not sure why they bother scheduling appointments when every time I've been in here they don't even look at my car until 1.5+ hours after the appointment time. It took them an hour and a half to look at one tire and tell me they couldn't repair it.

At first was telling me could not do tires without tpms monitors but then when I told him I asked prior to the appointment about it and it was okayed so then he said ok.
That was good. They were fast to do the job. But they did not put the tires in the bags to take home.

The Lancaster shop run by Peter is aces and always do a good job and provide confidence and satisfaction. I worked with Charles today and he was excellent and kept me posted on my car progress. They are trustworthy in all areas not just tires.

They were suppose to discard one of the tires and didn’t , didn’t call till 7 PM to tell me it was done all the tires needed air by the time I got home horrible

Had some concerns on my oil light.
I phoned store on Walden Ave. In Lancaster.
Spoke to Jason.at 8 am
He got me in shop @ 10 am.
All went well.
