Terrible customer service, completely incompetent staff and shipping takes months

Very friendly staff and good customer service. I had placed an order for a backordered item and they were friendly the times I called to check the status. I actually got what I ordered a little earlier than one of the expected ship dates.

The one star I gave does nothing to represent how utterly disappointed and mad I am about my purchase. Wrong size was sent(isolation gowns), had two different sizes on the bags. Paper thin and tore as I attempted to put this on so I can’t return it. Waste of money and time.
