How can I give a big enough compliment. So many parts stores will just say "nope" and move on when it comes to a part but not Mike. We went through a ton of work to try and find something comparable. So much respect and many thanks.

Purchased a battery, oil, & filter for my car online for in-store pick-up. Total online was $191; receipt provided upon pick-up showed .$191; bank statement shows $213 was charged! Battery was wrong one and did not fit my car, yet looked up online with correct info; online store stated "this battery will fit your car" . Attempted to put battery in car and while adjusting to fit into battery tray asking myself "WTH... the old one came out very easily..." realized the new battery is wrong, handle breaks off, battery falls & cracks! Drive 30 miles to store to deal with this and get screamed at by worker that it is illegal for me to bring a broken/leaking battery into the store! (Battery juice was well-contained). I attempt to tell the Clerk about the difference in charges & the fact their online store info provided me the WRONG part... all the Clerk did was continue to scream at me to get the drippy battery out of the store; even telling me that they are not allowed to unload batteries from delivery truck if they are leaking... so I ask him if he just leaves them on the truck to rot in the parking lot... he then said "here, I'll take this back out to your car...." So I told him, 'don't worry, I will do it myself, I wouldn't want you to get trouble for doing something illegal...". He then proceeds to tell me to come back Monday when the store manager is there... I just wasted 30 miles (60 round trip) of gas and time to get nowhere! So why would I do that again?! $130 down the drain, but why did your online site sell me the WRONG part and what is with the $21 price discrepancy?! NAPA has lost my patronage!

Worst parts store in the greater buffalo area. If you call and ask for something they don’t even give you what you need. If i could give this store 0 stars I would. Consistently lying about delivery times and orders, very unprofessional. Very little knowledge of product. Store makes me want to throw a brick through the window.
