“Someone please give Krista at this Post Office, a raise! We had trouble with our scheduled passport appointment yesterday and she was so kind, patient and helpful. She was able to get it sorted out while assisting other customers. Her multitasking abilities coupled with her incredibly warm and kind personality make her a perfect fit for public work. She was even extra sweet to my 5 year old! Everyone that was coming in while we were there treated her like family and she did the same in return. I can see why she is so well-liked! “This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
