I dropped my bridal shower invitations off at this location and one of my friends said she never got her invite. Her invitation ended up arriving and the envelope was open and her invitation was RIPPED IN HALF. Now I’m worried that this may have happened to my other invitations. Still waiting on a call back to rectify this situation.

I've literally been waiting almost a week since 3 of my packages were supposed to be delivered and say they never left this location! My grandma was turning 104 and her gift was supposed to be here and I had no gift. Not very often you get to celebrate that milestone. I'm sure other people are missing their packages too.

1st experience, lost my package. Just forwarded it for no reason at all and they have no idea where it is. USPS = can’t get right. Just terrible.

I've been a route customer from this branch for 39 years and have never had a problem. Carriers are always very good about porch deliveries. Never a lost package and the same with the staff at the Office. Fast and efficient! Thank you!

Awful! You can't get in touch with a real person on the phone...only automated. I have multiple questions regarding something that is not just a robot answer. I dread USPS.

Stop by just about every morning due to my bsiness and never had a problem. Staff is cordial and helps me with any questions.

An extremely rude and not helpful lady behind the counter. Wish I would have gotten her name. had a terrible experience at this particular Lancaster NY post office. The lady behind the counter was VERY rude. I asked for help and she was very snooty. She acted like she hates her job. If she is in customer service she should treat her customers nicer in my opinion. Would go out of my way not to have to go here again.
