I usually frequent the Lansing car wash once or twice a week. I highly recommend downloading the app and getting a free wash!! You can also pay for the bay you're in through the app or exchange dollar bills for $1 coins!! Where else can you get $1 coins!!?? Pretty cool I think. The water pressure is decent and always seems to get my truck clean. It's a pretty convenient location I think.

Paid for the automatic bay, which immediately said out of order. Called and texted, no reply, no refund. This area really needs a touch less wash and I wanted Lansing to be that solution. Oh well.

At first I was very pleased with the appearance of the bay and powered washing tools. I did notice a sewage smell similar to other reviews, however didn't bother me. I enjoyed the coinless app. It worked wonderfully. However, I'm giving you one star because the car came out dirtier than when I came. I did two cycles making sure to take my time and my car is left with smelly dirt caked on the sides.

Make sure you inspect wash bay equipment before use. Have had a couple that leaked horribly or just wasn't working just because. The customer service response is anything but adequate. Never received a response online or by phone.

The App is more of a pain than a convenience. Besides that its decent. Probably abused by boaters by the looks of it.
