Stopped in to use the bathroom and was immediately with greeted with a customer who held the door for me.
Then when I walked into the gas station, back towards the bathroom, there were a few employees stocking shelves and having PLEASANT CONVERSATION with each other WHILE continuing to do their jobs.
I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the bathroom as it was very clean and neat. That’s amazing for a gas station bathroom!!
I was searching for a snack before getting back on the road and all the shelves were very well stocked and neatly organized. Not a thing out of place! I found what I was looking for very easily.
When I asked the cashier how to leave a review she was unsure so directed me to the manager on duty.
The manager on duty was a very pleasant woman and she was also WORKING ALONGSIDE her team!! I could tell she really cared about the store and that it wasn't just a job to her! It's very rare to witness a manager who not only works alongside her team but who also has respectful conversations with them and strives to do the best job she can. When I gave her compliments she was very humble.
Great experience from pulling into the gas station to leaving the gas station. Every employee I saw was working, including the manger, and everyone including fellow customers were all super nice. No employees were on their phones or talking negatively. Very pleasant atmosphere! I am very easily overstimulated but this gas station was excellent! No blaring music and no loud noises.
I wish there were more gas stations like this around! Other places need to take notes!!
I was only in here for about 10 minutes but had such a wonderful experience I needed to leave a review. They did not beg me for a review or pressure me in any way.

Stopped in the other day a little hungry, decided id get a sub made at the deli. And I tell you what. Stacey was there in the deli greeted me with a smile and whipped me up the best dang sub I've had in ages. Fast, attentive, precise construction yall have a excellent employee, better treat her right. Shout out and Thanks again Stacey of store 115!!! Just awesome

Bought hotdog buns from this location today (4/4) and they were extremely moldy - I brought them back to return and was told that I could not return them. Left them at the counter with cashier

This is the closest gas station to me, so I go here on a semi regular basis. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have a convenience store with snacks, soda, and beer. They also have a sandwich and pizza counter, which I've never tried but people seem to enjoy.

Visited there this morning before my long drive home, while looking around I had noticed a lighter I wanted to purchase. I had set all my items down on the counter and the older female cashier started ringing my items up and then asked for an ID. I asked for for what, she said I needed an ID for the lighter. When I asked her why, she said it’s because she didn’t know me, and because lighters are used for smoking and I had to be 21 to smoke. Both of which are invalid reading to request a ID. She then explained the age restrictions on the various age restricted items, ie; smoking is 21, lottery is 18. I told her that there was no law that states I needed to provide an ID for a lighter and she said no ID, no lighter. She was clearly discriminating me or wasn’t correctly trained how to handle requesting identifications. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.

I wanted to rate this a 1 star, but I won't say why since "you didn't ask". 2nd, I'd recommend encouraging your employees hygiene so it doesn't smell like an old slaughterhouse baking in the sun. Finally, if you could find someone who can put a coherent sentence together, that would be superb. It's exhausting trying to understand people with rocks in their mouths. Yeehaw.

The selection has gone downhill here while the prices have gone up. The register always seems to ring up the wrong price, be careful.

Only gas station I’ve ever stopped at that lets themselves run out of pizza. Defeats the purpose of having slices if you don’t keep the rack stocked. Restroom wasn’t clean either.

I give no stars for my experience just stopped at Lansing location and 2 employees had a screaming argument right next to me the one was standing right next to me swinging her arms. This is totally ridiculous. They both need to be reprimanded for their actions.

Love the sandwiches and the people. My only issue is that some of the ladies making the subs don't repeat back the order. Its not a big issue, I just think that it will cut down on possible subs getting wrong. :)
