I finally found a place where I feel safe to bring my car with any problem. Not only are they trustworthy, but they are the cheapest in labor I could find in the area. I highly recommend that if you are having problems, at least give this place a chance and see for yourself what they can do for you.

I can’t say enough good things about Munson Tire! Every time I need service, they always manage to get me in quickly and take care of everything with professionalism and care. This isn't another big brand box shop. I've never been to another shop that everyone there just feels at esase. Because they're problem solvers. They have their own way of being flexible and helpful to everyone. You can see it in how the employees conduct themselves with positive attitudes. Which means everyone actually knows what they're doing. A shop of solutions not stress.

Took our subaru in for an Axle repair. After the repair they called to tell me the timing belt jumped and bent the valves so the car was no longer starting. He told me they opened the motor up to confirm this. We just had the timing belt replaced not to long ago, so I got the car towed home to have my dad look at it. A cable was loose so it wouldn't start. My dad tightened it back up and it runs just fine again.
Although I'm upset the cable was missed, which cost me to pay for a tow home. They did do a good job replacing the broken Axle and getting it done at a good time.
When the owner saw my upset post he reached out the same day to try and make amends. He offered to pay for the cost of the tow if it would help "buried the hatch" as he put it.
