Always upfront brutally straightforward no in between games. You tell him what you need done and he does that if he feels something else should be addressed he mentions it to you. Fair! Also family ran keeping money local

Requested a heater core flush and received a radiator flush. An inspection and registration was also noted on the invoice as being due. The car is registered out of state and inspections are not required.

I called today June 1st 2022 to see if i can bring in my car for diagnostic testing because every other shops in Ithaca are all booked for the next two weeks explained to the guy what lights are showing on my dashboard and also I was trying to explain to this unprofessional rude guy that when I’m trying to drive the speed of my car will not go more then 8 . I was trying to ask him if car battery is dying and that’s that reason I don’t have enough power so I can just buy that and replace it so I can make it to this shop , he replay's back with his loud rude voice it could be 100 things ,then he screams for me to have my car towed to them . I may be Foreign female and with accent but I would never have my car towed to this shop for any car repairs after this .this place is RACIST ,RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL , I would not recommend them no anyone .

Brought my truck in for an inspection, they took a pry bar to the frame and busted a hole through it, then wanted me to pay them to fix it. I will never do business there again.
