I bought my 1st car 40 years ago and I have never had such an enjoyable and easy car buying experience as I had with Elliot and TJ at Ridge Road Imports! We were looking for a specific car and when I saw one at a "used car dealer" just a few miles from me I groaned. I had hoped for a national used car chain to have one or at worst a dealership but a small used car dealer conjured images from the movie "Used Cars" (1980). Wow was I completely wrong. Elliot has been in the car business for nearly 40 years and his experience shows. From the genuine smile, handshake and relaxed atmosphere to his immaculate repair complex and spotless used car inventory I have found not only our go-to for any future used vehicle searches but also an outstanding repair / maintenance shop as well!

Elliott is refreshingly honest, friendly, and his prices are reasonable. He cares about doing right by his customers. The cars he sells are in excellent used condition. He helps you find the right car for you, not the most expensive car on the lot, and I think certain other dealers in the area (Maguire) could learn some things from him. Our household has purchased two Subarus from him. He will continue to receive our business and good recommendations. Years later, our cars are both running smoothly and we continue to be happy with them.

For over 10 years, our family has been very pleased with the service at Ridge Road. They are expert, thorough, take the time to explain things clearly, and have good prices. We also buy all of our cars there: gently used Subarus, Hondas or Toyotas.

I have purchased two cars from Ridge Road Imports because of the recommendations of so many friends who have gotten good quality cars for a fair price. I have not been disappointed! Joe in their service department is top notch! I just took my van in for a NYS inspection and a thorough going over before I go on a long trip. Joe removed unnecessary running boards that were coming off. He checked the van all over and replaced the cabin filter that was missing (which they ordered while I waited), inspected belts, brakes, hoses, and tires. He explained what he was doing and why and in the end I was there for under 2 hours and the bill was less than $80! Great place to do business with!

Ridiculous...Have been here for years, but ever since Sean left ....latest insult was an AC repair quote where they charged double what the parts cost online and three times the labor compared to what it actually took the competition in town - oh and did I mentioned the diagnosing of the issue took an hour and cost 78 USD on top - the competition in town does diagnosing for free....I don't know if they tried to pull one on my wife specifically or if they just rip people off now, but I actually spent 650 vs their quoted 1600...seriously folks, we are in the 21st century and people can google ...they wont last long this way.
