“I took my vehicle to Monro Auto last year for brake pads and rotors. They did an excellent job then, and I returned to them recently after another shop attempted to fail my vehicle inspection and charge an excessive amount for rear brake calipers. I had a bad feeling about it because I felt no issues braking, so I called Monro up and they got me in quickly to take a look. John personally inspected my vehicle and found not only did my calipers not need to be replaced, but they were so tightly bolted down there was no way the other shop could have disassembled them to examine them--he caught another shop trying to fleece a customer. The crew did a great job and saved me a ton of money. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quick turnaround on the labor!”

“I have had my tires serviced at this location for six years, they have a truly great staff. Their prices are excellent and if they think you can get a better price they will tell you exactly where to find it. I worked in a boat service department for years (meaning some work with trailer tires), these guys are people you can trust. If you just have a puncture they will fix it, not try to sell you a new tire, and if they tell you that your tires need replacing you should believe them.”

“The service here is so good!!! I came for a winter tires appointment, but didn’t realize that they were already on (I forgot to take them off in summer)…. They wrapped my summer tires with plastic bags and put in my car. There was also an issue with my electric car key, so they came to get me multiple times etc. They were super patient.In the end, they charged 0 for all the trouble and didn’t complain at all. The place is also clean and has a coffee machine.”
