“I had my complimentary oil change at the dealership where I leased my car in Canandaigua, NY on March 7th, 2026. On my way home from work on Monday, March 16th my low engine oil light came on. When I got home I tried contacting my dealership and couldn't get anyone to answer in the service department. I called up Mr. Tire in Ithaca and spoke with Chad Campbell and explained my situation. This was at 6;00pm, Chad asked if I could bring my car in within a few minutes and I said yes. They are only open until 7pm. When I arrived at Mr. Tire, Chad asked Tyler to check my oil. Tyler checked it and said I definitely had a leak. I asked what he could do and he said he could put it on the lift to see where the leak was coming from. It appears when the dealership I had my oil change at lost an original part and used something else it didn't work and caused the oil to almost completely leak out. The screw or bolt that fits in the plug was missing and oil was leaking from the filter and out through the missing piece. Tyler not only showed me the problem but then changed out the filter and added oil and fixed it so it no longer leaked. He not only fixed the problem but did it in a timely manner and had me out of there by 7pm right before closing. I was very appreciative to both Chad for getting me in so quickly and to Tyler for fixing the problem and getting me back on the road. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Ithaca, NY for any car repairs or even just an oil change. They are top notch in my book and made me avery happy customer. Thanks a million to Chad and Tyler for a job well done!”
“Matt the assistant manager was awesome from beginning to end. Went in for a warranty ac replacement. They replaced my ac compressor but my ac still wasn't working, so they thought possibly a bad unit so they ordered another one and replaced it again. When that one didn't work they went above and beyond to figure it out but ultimately could not. They suggested a dealer would probably be my best bet at that point. They were nothing but courteous throughout the whole thing and I have nothing but praise for these guys!”

“We had a tire blowout on our trailer Saturday morning heading out of town. Called Goodyear of Ithaca and Kevin answered the phone. Explained our situation and gave him the tire size of what we needed and he was able to get us right in and get the tire changed over. Logan , the technician that changed the tire for us, was really pleasant about the situation, he was out in the cold and rain taking the wheel and tire off getting soaked and had such a terrific attitude! Christina who was also working the desk was so pleasant to chat with. Overall great experience in an emergency situation! They made it very effortless for us and the total time spent at the facility was less than 45 minutes! Great job team! We can’t thank you enough!”
“Two years ago, I changed four tires here. During this period, my tires were punctured several times by iron nails. They helped me repair the tires for free, and even helped me change one tire for free. Their service is really great. I sold my car and bought a new car two days ago. I will come here again when I change my tires next time. A place worth recommending.”
