“Zach from Finger Lakes Wrecker was the best case scenario that could have happened for me in my time of need. I called him for a tow, but he was such a good mechanic that immediately when I described my problem to him he immediately knew what I needed, and what to do. My car would not shift into any other gear except neutral, wouldn’t park, and wouldn’t start. When we were done, he drove it himself to the place that could hook me up with the repair and part I needed. This was all done after he called every auto parts store in Ithaca for a customer he just met. We need more good people in this world and people like Zach let me know that we do have some. Thank you man.”

The left-hand door of building K also possibly sticks and has sometimes been too difficult for first-time users of building K doors. “So funny story… I hit a beaver on my way to work at 6am. It was raining and dark out, it was February on a warmer day thankfully but they came to tow my car and waited in the rain with me until my ride came. It was super affordable and they are all so nice! Great people and company!!!”
